• Antarctica Expeditions: Viking is pleased to offer booked guests a included keepsake jacket (yours to keep) and use of boots and waterproof pants. Trekking poles will be available for use during your voyage. On board delivery of purchased gear is not offered for Antarctic sailings.

• Antarctica - Complete Rental Packages:Experience More - Pack Less: This package includes the essential layers needed to go ashore. Convenient delivery and pick up from the ship. NOTE: Items in this package are NOT available for exchanges (or refund) once delivered on board. PLEASE review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

• In Search of the Northern Lights - Rentals: We offer warm, insulated boot rentals and waterproof/windproof pants rentals with onboard delivery & pick up. Both are highly recommended and can also be purchased. Purchase your gear essentials up to 21 days prior to embarkation to receive an option for free delivery directly to your ship's stateroom.

• In Search of the Northern Lights (ONLY)- On board delivery of Purchased Gear is also offered for these Arctic sailings. Enjoy the convenience of our concierge suite delivery service. Place your order by the date listed in this guide and select "Concierge Onboard Delivery - PURCHASED ITEMS - FREE - US$0" at checkout

• NOTE: ON BOARD DELIVERY OF PURCHASED GEAR (Northern Lights only) Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. No refund - for any/all items after they have been delivered to the ship, if even they have not been used/unopened/and need to be returned. If you need to return purchased gear you MUST bring it back home with you and return it back to Ship to Shore Traveler via our regular return procedures. Refunds will NOT be provided for any purchased gear left onboard or given to staff, etc.

• Gear Ordered but not used:No refund for any/all rental items after they have been delivered to the ship, even if they have not been used/unopened/returned to staff: no rental refund.
